Mental Health Counseling

Mental health sessions provide support to individuals experiencing mental or emotional distress using a variety of therapeutic techniques—cognitive, behavioral, solution focused, reality and person-centered theories, etc. to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Note that the initial introductory session is 1 ½ hours.

Integrative Health Coaching

Integrative health coaching sessions provide support to individuals experiencing mental or emotional distress using a variety of therapeutic techniques to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions as well as provide physical health and nutritional health guidance to improve overall health and wellbeing as well as prevent or manage chronic physical health conditions. Note that initial integrative health assessment/session is 2 hours.

A presentation for individuals wanting to improve their overall health and well-being.

This presentation addresses the essential components of The Body Principle Integrative Health Program designed to motivate educators, administrators, and staff to become mentally STRONG, nutritionally BALANCED, and physically FIT.  Participants learn the seven essential components of Mental, Nutritional and Physical Wellbeing.

The Body Principle

This presentation provides an educational and motivational overview of The Body Principle – a Healthy Body is mentally STRONG, nutritionally BALANCED, and physically FIT and the essential components of The Body Principle Integrative Health Program.  Participants learn the seven essential components of Mental, Nutritional and Physical Wellbeing.

Healthier with Angela

In this presentation, Angela shares some of the proven tools, techniques, and methods that she has successfully used to help herself and numerous clients become HEALTHIER in ALL areas of their lives. Participants learn simple ways to integrate mental health and physical health strategies into their daily lives for optimal health and overall well-being.

Integrative Health Assessments

Integrative health assessments assess and determine the current mental, nutritional, and physical health status to provide an overall health baseline.

Static & Dynamic Posture Assessments

These assessments identify muscle imbalances and compensations, upper and lower body postural distortion patterns and dynamic movement impairments often due to extended periods of sitting and work-related movements that may lead to acute and chronic injury and pain.

The Art of Eating Well Workshop℠

This workshop provides an overview of the essential components of an overall healthy eating plan. Participants will learn nutritional guidelines, proper food consumption patterns, proper food selection and how to create their own healthy and balanced meal plans.

The Three C’s: Core, Cardio
& Calisthenics Workshop℠

This workshop teaches participants about the core and the benefits of core, cardiovascular, and body weight exercises.  Participants will observe the proper demonstration and performance of core, cardio, and bodyweight exercises and learn how to effectively perform those exercises in an educational and interactive workshop.

Self-Care & Wellness For Educators,
Administrators & Staff

This workshop provides busy educators, administrators, and staff with simple healthy lifestyle strategies to take better care of themselves and improve their overall wellbeing. Participants also learn techniques for effective time management and task completion to increase productivity and performance while reducing stress and stress producing behaviors.

Strong Body = Strong Mind Strength Training Workshop℠

This workshop for new exercisers or those that might be doing it wrong, teaches proper body position, stance, and proper form and technique for the seven (7) major strength exercises that are the foundation for most strength training exercise programs.  Participants will observe and learn proper form and technique and appropriate sequencing for an effective strength training workout.
