Through Mental Health Counseling and Integrative Health Coaching, Angela provides you with the strategies to heal past trauma, reduce negative stress, relieve anxiety and other mental health issues and the methods to improve balance, flexibility, core strength, joint stabilization, cardiovascular efficiency, muscular endurance and strength.

Mental Health Counseling

Mental health sessions provide support to individuals experiencing mental or emotional distress using a variety of therapeutic techniques—cognitive, behavioral, solution focused, reality and person-centered theories, etc. to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Note that the initial introductory session is 1 ½ hours.

Integrative Health Coaching

Integrative health coaching sessions provide support to individuals experiencing mental or emotional distress using a variety of therapeutic techniques to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions as well as provide physical health and nutritional health guidance to improve overall health and wellbeing as well as prevent or manage chronic physical health conditions. Note that initial integrative health assessment/session is 2 hours.
